Pleasure to meet you! My name is Daniel Doh
I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelore's degree in Media Arts & Design (Interactive Design).

I'm passionate about the story behind the data visualization and storytelling of design through the power of User Experience and User Interface
 I want to explore how I can utilize my creative mindset to help and compromise different types of technology designs and solutions. I seek to assist and find solutions for all sorts of brands and organizations to bring their stories to life.

I am a proud Korean American
I was born and raised here in the United States with roots coming from both the United States and South Korea. I am proud to have the creative mind I aquire today with the influence from both sides of the Western and Eastern culture.

Interests & Skills

UI/UX Design

Within the world of User Experience and User Interface, I find enjoyment working in this realm. To find solutions and creating multiple projects and deliverables in wireframing, mockups, coding and more. Feel free to view Grocerygrab that I have created for students within JMU.

Web Development

Web development is something that I find entertaining when working with a team or on my own. It brings out more of my abilities as a front-end developer, and assisting clients and organizations to bring their ideas to life. Feel free to view the JMU Capstone I was a part of this year!

Data Visualization

It is important to create data visualization through user research. I have found joy working on this topic with JMU professors in my time at JMU. I find it compelling of how you can create a story just from data analytics and case studies. Feel free to view a collaboritive work with Dr. Chen Guo and other fellow JMU classmates regarding Misinformation and Fake News.

Creative Advertising

It is always fun collaborating with different clients and assisting them with creating advertisements through UX/UI and reaching out their call to action with users. I enjoy creating and working within the media business around SEO, Branding, and more.

Graphic Design

With grapic designing, I am able to have free reign to create whatever I desire. It brings me pleasure to be able to create brand logos, fashion designs, and more for myself, or with any collaboritive cliens. I have experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, as well as creating social media posts and connecting with other influencers.

Dance & Music

In my spare time, I enjoy diving into the world of dance & music. Throughout my life, I was grateful enough to learn and play four different instruments, as well as being able to dance. I was a music director for multiple high school musicals/plays, as well as being an artistic director for JMU's dance team, Mozaic Dance Team.
